For the first time I saw tape art paintings in Germany several years ago, now I recognized our domestic artist who creates paintings from adhesive tape - Elena Likhach "Scotch skill project". And I will say, as an experienced person in this matter - ours do no worse. Some of Elena's paintings are far superior to foreign artists, high-quality performance and a minimum of errors.
